Mindful Meadow

Welcome to Mindful Meadow, this was attendees’ serene escape at APC 2024. Attendees recharged at the Hydration Station, found peace in the Quiet Retreat, and practiced mindfulness in the Stretch-Breathe-Move space. Nature-inspired crafts were available in the Camp Crafts area, and the Lactation Room provided a convenient private space. It was the perfect place to embrace the outdoors while nurturing your well-being.

Stretch - Breathe - Move

Attendees improved their mood with 15-minute breathing exercises and had space to stretch.

Massage Room

Located in Valley Room 2

Guests were able to unwind and rejuvenate in the Massage Room.

Camp Crafts

Participants decompressed and crafted like true campers.

Quiet Retreat

Attendees took a few minutes to relax and recenter before jumping back into the action.

Visitors quenched their thirst and kept their energy up as they explored and connected.

First Aid

The First Aid Station was available for prompt care and support for any minor injuries or health needs.

Lactation Room/Mother's Den

Located in Summit 11

This private space was available for pumping and storing milk.
