Cherron Castillo is Owner and Principal Facilitator of Fruitful Training Group, LLC and a national speaker and facilitator. She graduated with a BBA in HR Management and holds a master’s degree in professional development.

Cherron enjoys opportunities which allow her to help improve leadership and learning! Her experience includes extensive facilitation of leaders and individual contributors, human resources, retail management, leadership coaching, employee relations, training design and development, working with cross-functional groups, cultural awareness, and education. She has been blessed with opportunities to train in small and large corporations, government agencies, non-profit companies, the military, and universities.
